First let me just say that this wedding was AWESOME. I know, I know, when was the last time you read a wedding photographers blog and didn’t read just how awesome the wedding was, how awesome the couple was and all that other stuff that comes standard with the territory? But sometimes there is just no other way to say it.
Hannah and Wyatt found out about me on APracticalWedding.com and decided to fly me out to Kansas City to photograph their wedding. First off, let me just say that Kansas City was nothing like I expected it to be… Of coure – I really have no idea what I thought it would be like, but I do know that what I found was not it. The city was really beautiful, and everywhere we went I was admiring the architecture of the city.
But really I wasn’t there to admire the architecture (unless it corresponded with the next statement), but to get some awesome photos of Hannah and Wyatt’s wedding, and while the wedding day had its share of setbacks, including a torrential downpour on our outdoor photo shoot, all is well that ends well, right?
